  • Walmart is hiring for an exciting team – International Strategic Initiatives, Workforce Management (WFM). As a member of this organization, you will have the opportunity to work on initiatives that serve over 11,000 retail units in 28 countries around the world. This Director will lead key work streams of Workforce Management to build capabilities that enable better customers service and associates engagement while maximizing productivity. The position is responsible for working across the Walmart international markets to understand current-state, develop best practices and align on processes and tools to accelerate the WFM capabilities in the markets. This is a highly visible role who will regularly engage with executive leadership in the Walmart international markets to help them achieve their goals. The role will be focused on all aspects of workforce management (Strategy, People, Processes and Technology).

    Oversees a portion of the department budget and profit and loss (P&L) by, forecasting resource needs and expenses for personnel, travel.

    • Skilled at working with large data sets in Excel, quickly detecting and resolving data-related issues.
    • Experience in advanced Excel and use of SQL
    • Some experience in Dashboard design
